About Dr. Raghav Seth

Dr. Raghav Seth is a highly accomplished Interventional Radiologist with advanced specialization in Vascular Interventions along with Musculoskeletal (MSK), Sports Injury, and image-guided pain management interventions. A graduate of Maulana Azad Medical College, he completed his MD in Radiology from the prestigious Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGI), Chandigarh, an Institute of National Importance. He further earned his Diplomate of National Board (DNB) certification and completed his Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. To strengthen his global expertise, Dr. Seth underwent advanced training in Musculoskeletal, Sports Injury, and Pain Management Interventions at the University of Strasbourg, France, under the mentorship of internationally renowned experts in musculoskeletal interventions. His international exposure and evidence-based clinical approach enable him to deliver precise, minimally invasive treatments for joint pain, tendon injuries, ligament tears, and complex musculoskeletal disorders, making him a sought-after specialist in MSK interventional radiology.

Spine & Advanced Pain Management Procedures

With deep clinical expertise in spine and pain management interventions, Dr. Raghav Seth offers cutting-edge, minimally invasive solutions for chronic back and neck pain. His clinical interests include Vertebroplasty for osteoporotic and metastatic vertebral compression fractures, epidural and foraminal spinal injections for disc herniation-related nerve compression, facet joint blocks, Rhizolysis for facet joint arthropathy, and a wide range of nerve blocks and image-guided soft tissue and joint injections including steroid injections, viscosupplementation, and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. He also performs Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) for knee osteoarthritis (OA), a breakthrough procedure that reduces inflammation and chronic knee pain without joint replacement surgery, as well as Trans-Arterial Micro-Embolization (TAME) for tendinopathy and enthesiopathy, targeting abnormal microvascular inflammation for sustained pain relief.

His non-vascular interventions include image-guided FNACs and biopsies, percutaneous catheter drainages (PCD), Percutaneous Nephrostomy (PCN), and Percutaneous Transhepatic Biliary Drainage (PTBD). In the field of vascular interventions, he performs advanced procedures such as Prostatic Artery Embolization (PAE), Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE), Varicocele embolization, Bronchial Artery Embolization (BAE), and embolization for gastrointestinal and renal bleeding. He is also experienced in minimally invasive oncologic treatments including Trans-Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE), Trans-Arterial Radioembolization (TARE), Microwave Ablation (MWA), and Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA). These image-guided therapies provide effective alternatives to open surgery, offering reduced complications, shorter hospital stays, and quicker recovery for patients requiring complex vascular or cancer-related interventions.
